When purchasing any service or subscription plan through Agent List LLC, you agree to the following:
You authorize Agent List LLC (and its payment processors) to charge your provided credit or debit card, or any other approved payment method, for all fees due under your selected plan.
We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Square, or other authorized gateways. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
If your plan includes recurring payments (monthly, quarterly, or annually):
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge date.
Unauthorized chargebacks filed without first contacting Agent List LLC may result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
If your payment fails:
All fees are exclusive of applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all payments are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be issued in cases of duplicate transactions, verified technical errors, or as required by law.
From time to time, Agent List may offer free trials or promotional discounts. After the trial period, the regular subscription fee will automatically apply unless canceled prior to expiration.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will take effect on the next billing cycle and will be communicated to you in advance.

Agent List LLC provides a Referral Tracker that allows agents to manage referrals. By using it, you consent to:
Agent List LLC does not guarantee conversion, commissions, or transaction outcomes.
Agent List LLC provides tools to help facilitate referrals and visibility but does not guarantee leads, deals, or income. Success depends on each agent’s individual performance and professional conduct.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination.
All content, software, and branding are the exclusive property of Agent List LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any materials without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent List LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and to indemnify and hold harmless Agent List LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your license to use the platform ends immediately.
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Montana, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By using the platform, you waive your right to a jury trial or class action.
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
